Recipes - Jamaican Red Snapper Fish
Ingredients:
1 pound fillet of fresh red snapper
2 green peppers, chopped.
3 cloves garlic, mince
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cut red snapper fillets into 1 inch cubes. In a large frying pan, combined olive oil, garlic, green pepper, and onion. Saute for 5-8 minutes over a medium hot flame.
Add scotch bonnet into sizzling pan then add red snapper to mixture, and stire until coated well.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cooking times: 30-minutes
Serves: Six (6)
